"Prima " is a hard one for us to talk about in many ways,
having left us in such a tragic way.
We will try to express our feelings about her, "LACEY"
as was her call name.

This again is one of those "love of life " dogs.  She could do no wrong.
Lacey was put on this earth, we are sure, to bring a smile to anyone's face
whenever they saw her. Such character she had, truly that look of proudness,
beauty, and the undeniable look of love towards all she knew.

Lacey won the Winners Bitch class at the National,
which finished her Championship,
and on to Select # 4, right behind her litter sister Avia -
now that was a site to see!  They looked so identical in that ring.
The crowd went crazy for Lacey!!
I truly feel they wanted her to be the GV that year!
WE were so proud at that time-a breeders dream-came true!!!

What a thrill that was for us to hear!!  And, she knew it too!!
Lacey was a TRUE class act!!

WE WILL ALWAYS TREASURE THE MEMORIES OF HER!!!
FOR SHE GAVE US NOT ONLY THAT "HIGH" IN THE SHOW RING,
BUT ALSO THE LOVE THAT CAN ONLY BE WISHED
FROM ANY MEMBER OF THE FAMILY.
